- If you receive a damaged or defective sign, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate the exchange process.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the sign must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, unless the sign company is at fault for the damage or defect.
- Once we receive the exchanged item, we will inspect it and issue a replacement if it meets our exchange policy requirements.
- We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet our policy requirements.
